Molli is our can-do digital media strategist, assisting the agency in managing the media department. There’s a lot that goes into helping our clients enhance brand visibility and awareness of their products and services—and Molli has her finger on the pulse of it all. She helps create omni-channel media plans for our clients, plans and executes data-driven digital media campaign strategies, and optimizes and tracks performance across various digital channels including social media, search, and programmatic display advertising. Made of passion, principles, dedication and smiles, Molli brings careful organization and mindful hard work to her role at FMS.

You Didn’t Know About Molli

What is your most treasured possession?

My daughters’ crib. All three kids used the same one, and it was the first thing I purchased as an adult. I still have it.

What’s your greatest domestic hidden talent?

I can write with both hands.

What is the key to working with FMS?

I think just being real. Just being transparent and ready to work hard.

Is there anywhere you wouldn’t want to travel?

I think I would go anywhere. I’d love to see the world. I’ve seen very little of it. I got to see a lot of the United States.

How does your work life meld or balance with your home life?

I have to keep everything super organized here, and that’s my role at home too. I basically do the same thing in both places: the gatekeeper.

If you weren’t doing what you’re doing, what would you be doing?

If I was not working for FMS, I would want to be a draft analyst for the NFL! I’d also enjoy traveling the world with my family; ideally, doing missionary or non-profit work of some kind.
