He’s soft-spoken, easy going, and loves to talk sports, but when it comes to his role at FMS, Thomas is all drive, organization, and attention to detail—ready to jump in and tackle any task at hand. Those tasks involve working closely with the digital media strategist to set up, evaluate, and optimize our clients’ digital ad campaigns across various platforms, including Google and social media advertising—and then tracking and reporting key performance metrics. A true team player, Thomas serves as a touch point between the media team and brand managers to ensure they are in sync with one another and goals are aligned.

I am happiest when I can see my work providing real impact for the company. Whether that be the smallest details or large labor-intensive tasks, seeing my work truly help gives me joy.

What would you spend your last dollar on?

Probably a serving of nacho fries from Taco Bell.

What’s your greatest domestic hidden talent?

The many long hours of watching food network paid off in my cooking skills. I can make a scrumptious coconut shrimp.
